We provide support to your GreenPC computer for the first 12 months of your purchase. Our 1300 number provides for local call access to the most appropriate location where your call is answered and dealt with by one of our helpful technicians. We don't subcontract out this work, we do it in house with our staff, so you will deal with the technician familiar with your purchase.
