We offer a 3 month replacement warranty on all second-hand hardware components. In many cases Green PC's are setup by individual clients using our included help & user manual. Where there are conflict or setup difficulties that are not caused by a hardware failure Green PC is able to support clients on site at nominal hourly rate, considerably less than most other PC suppliers would charge for backup and support.
