We offer a 12 month back-to-base replacement warranty on remanufactured GreenPCs.
Computers are supplied with pre-installed and configured software so all that is needed is for you to connect the computer and enjoy.
Where there are conflict or setup difficulties that are not caused by a hardware failure GreenPC offers an affordable support and repair service to clients.We can provide a free quote and diagnostic service when the computer is bought to one of our workshops.
Labour and repair charges are detailed below.
Standard Labour Rates:
Repair Cost: $60 per hour + parts
General Service: $90
Computer Diagnosis $40 flat rate
Common Tasks:
Data Backup: $90 (if data is recoverable)
Windows XP reinstallation (PC): $60
Call out: $95
Call out hourly rate: $75 (min. 1 hour)
