Terms and policy

We offer a 12  month back to base replacement warranty on all second-hand hardware components. In many cases Green PC's are setup by individual clients using our included help & user manual. Computers are installed and configured using Windows XP so all is needed is for you to connect the computer and enjoy. Where there are conflict or setup difficulties that are not caused by a hardware failure Green PC is able to support clients on site at an hourly rate, considerably less than most other PC suppliers would charge for backup and support.
