'Electronic Service Development Partnerships' (E-SP) is a system developed by Infoxchange Australia for delivering dynamic web conetent to websites, databases and CD-ROM's in partnership with the Health, Welfare and Community sector across Australia.

ESP is the ability to easily and effectively network and communicate across and within agencices and networks. It allows real time updating of information on the internet and intranet sites.

It is designed so that the compting skills required of the users are minimal.
